This PowerBar DUO set (Light and Heavy) is designed to prevent and care for your carpal tunnel complaints. With every 'wring' they bring you more strength and help relieve your RSI symptoms.
A PowerBar is a much used instrument at the (physio) therapist practice to treat specific Carpal Tunnel Syndrom related complaints. These kind of complaints often come from the execution of repetitive movements from a static posture.
With its ribbed exterior they deliver a comfortable grip, and by using natural rubber they are eco-friendly as well. This DUO set consists of two colors, each representing a different stiffness: red stands for the most impactful exercise and weighs about 350 grams, while the yellow PowerBar is the least strenuous of them all weighing about 280 grams.
By grabbing the PowerBar with both hands, side by side, and make a wringing or twisting movement, you effectively train any problem area of your complaints. We even heard from our customers that they have used the PowerBar to treat their heel spur problems, by rolling the feet on top of the PowerBar which lies on the floor.
