The perfect training for hands, wrists, and forearms! All NSD Spinner Speed X models are equipped with an automatically starting rotor that is easily activated with a simple press of a button. Perfect for beginners and advanced users. In terms of size and weight, this Spinner is comparable to the well-known 'regular' NSD Spinners such as the NSD Spinner Regular or Autostart.

To easily read the (spinning) speedometer, simply hold it firmly. This stops the counter from spinning, making the display easy to read.

External Features of the NSD Spinner Speed X

The NSD Spinner Speed X features an extra reinforced casing and a precision rotor for maximum performance and durability.
The built-in battery is charged during your workout. If this is insufficient or the battery is empty, it can easily be recharged using the USB type C connection.
The included digital counter provides accurate information on speed, duration, and intensity.
The maintenance-free design protects the moving parts and ensures a hassle-free experience.

Starting the NSD Spinner Speed X

Step 1:
Press the "ON/FCN" button to activate the gyroscopic rotor. The rotor will start spinning slowly until it reaches the optimal speed for the user to easily continue the exercise.

Step 2:
Hold the NSD Spinner Speed X firmly, as shown in the image. When the rotor reaches 3000 RPM, the electric starter will stop driving.

Step 3:
Move your wrist in a rhythmic circular motion in such a way that you feel the force building. When you bring the speed above 4000 RPM, the built-in dynamo will automatically charge the battery.

Tips for Using the NSD Spinner Speed X with the Electric Start Mechanism

Store the device in a dust-free environment. Although this Spinner is "sealed," small dust particles may still accumulate in the crevices over time. Check out our storage cases for optimal protection of your NSD Spinner Speed X.
Refer to the manual page for our standard speedometer to understand its operation. The counter of the NSD Spinner Speed X works identically to the SM-03 speedometer.
The NSD Spinner Speed X requires no maintenance. Never lubricate it, as this can have devastating effects. Clean the exterior of the NSD Spinner only with a slightly damp cloth without cleaning agents.
If you wish to stop your workout, simply let the NSD Spinner Speed X spin down to a halt, or, if desired, keep pressing the button until "OFF" is displayed on the screen. The ball will then stop within a few seconds.
