Starting the NSD Spinner PowerCycle
Step 1:
Press the "ON/FCN" button to activate the gyroscopic motor. The rotor will start spinning slowly until it reaches the optimal speed for the user to continue the exercise effortlessly.
Step 2:
Hold the NSD Spinner PowerCycle firmly, as shown in the image. When the rotor reaches 3000 RPM, the electric starter will stop driving.
Step 3:
Move both hands in a rhythmic alternating pattern, so that you feel the force building. The motion resembles pedaling a bicycle.
