Why do you have a new website with a new name?

Because the name PowerBall can incorrectly be mistaken for the lottery having the same name, as well as the (often Chinese) copied products having the same name, we've decided to start using the official name of the manufacturer NanoSeconD. They have the trademark for the name "NSD Spinner". As we only sell models of this manufacturer, and we believe that the quality of their products is excellent compared to the other brands, we've chosen to create a brand new internationally focussed website using all the latest standards together with an entirely new design. As a bonus this means that all older customer data has been cleaned up, and is nowhere to be found in our databases and files.
As for the warranty claims: everyone who purchased their order in our old website, keeps the same level of guarantee as expected. Should you have a need to receive your old order data, or invoices, please contact us. We keep records for at least 7 years due to tax regulations.
