I am not satisfied with my product, what should I do now?
Always contact us first. It may well be that you have not yet mastered the skills, for example, so that your experience is not optimal. We can always give you some tips and tricks to try again.
In case you are really dissatisfied with your purchase, you can always revert to the standard return procedure. In 99 out of 100 cases, we never make a fuss about this, customer satisfaction is of paramount importance. We do ask, however, to treat the product as carefully as possible and to keep the packaging intact. It would be a shame if we had to throw the product away because it has been damaged and has become unsellable. At the bottom of our website there is a link 'Return Policy'. Follow the directions on that page to return your product.
Finally, we sometimes notice that customers leave a negative review on our site. That is always possible and allowed, of course, but we always find it very frustrating when a customer saddles us with a bad review, while we have done everything we could do to make the customer happy. We would like to ask for your understanding. We do not ask you to tell anything other than the truth, but your customer experience can still be judged by the experience you have had with our services, despite being dissatisfied with our product.
