How soon will I receive my shipment?

In general, PostNL delivers shipments the next working day after receiving your track and trace code by email. If you are a registered customer at PostNL and you have installed the PostNL app, you will receive a message as soon as we have delivered the shipment. At that moment you can trace the shipment from the delivery point to your door.
Unfortunately, all too often we get a bad rating because PostNL delivers the shipment too late. Unfortunately, our influence after we have handed over the parcel to PostNL is very limited. We are literally and figuratively at their mercy. This can sometimes be a problem during holidays. However much we want to, we can't do anything about this. We have chosen PostNL because other carriers charge (much) higher prices for the same service level and often with a worse result.
For orders to addresses outside the Netherlands, practice has shown that the delivery time varies from the same delivery time as in the Netherlands, 1 working day, to approximately 2 working days. The unpredictability is mainly due to the fact that in some cases PostNL transfers to another carrier.
