Can I request an invoice and if so, how?

Our webshop invoices when the payment is received. So when your payment is in, the status of your order will change to 'processing'. This means that it will be sent with the next shipment round. At the same time you will receive an email with your invoice as a PDF attachment at the email address used.

At the same time, the invoice can also be found in your order details on our website. Use the link 'print invoice' to get your invoice printed.
