PowerBands

With the help of our PowerBands you now have a complementary program available next to our existing hand and wrist focussed products, to train your arms, shoulders, upper body and legs. You can train a lot of different muscle areas, and with the help of the accompanying accessories and by combining the different bands there is almost no limit to the possibilities and intensity. The whole set is ideal for extra fat burning or muscle building exercises, and doesn't immediately take up a room in your house.

The very stretchable and nearly unbreakable bands are made from a natural latex and they come in different thickness or strengths: no less than 5 of them. This way you can start with a very light training, and work your way up the different color codes, while ending up in different combinations of bands to deliver the most extreme exercise.

The accompanying accessories complete the package: the dooranchor for exercising your back and shoulder muscle groups, and the ankle ties which help you train your legs, thighs and buttocks. Of course the set is delivered with two handles which have a comfortable foam rubber grip.

The complete set is delivered inside a black pull cord bag, easily giving room for all accessories and the bands, which help you protect and store the set nice and neatly.
