Return Policy
Returning your order:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. After it is received by us, you will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning your order to the webshop are for your own account.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via contact@nsd-spinner.shop, make sure that you at least pass on your order number. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good shape.
Exceptions to the return policy:
When you paid for your order (partially) with a gift voucher, and you wish to return the ordered product, we unfortunately cannot reimburse you for the value of the voucher in money. We can, however, offer you store credit for our products for the same value. Other than that, we do not have any other specific exclusion for returns, however we do want to emphasize on the condition of the product when returning. The product should be sellable by us 'as good as new' to a next customer. After return, we will examine the product and packaging for damage that we should not reasonably have expected.
Return address:
Use the address below to return the package with your order to us. Protect the product properly for damage during transport. Insured transport is not necessary for us, however we do recommend that you request for a 'signature for receipt'. This gives you the certainty that the package ends up in the right hands.
