Tips for using the NSD Spinner powerball speedometer with 2 buttons

  • The batteries of the digital speedometer can be replaced, detach the counter from the powerball and loosen the 2 small screws at the bottom. Replace the button cell batteries with new ones (type: Lr626), and reattach the screws in their original position.
  • There are a number of models of this speedometer in circulation. The functionality is identical and the difference is purely cosmetic. There is a black model and a gray model.
  • This speedometer is not suitable for the so-called high speed powerballs, such as the PB-588H (450hz). This powerball model has its own type of speedometer that can handle the higher speeds better.
  • If you accidentally press the buttons with the inside of your hand when using the powerball, you can also hold the powerball the other way around in your hand, so that the rotor opening is on the inside of your hand. Always watch out for the rotating rotor, because at full speed it can cause painful blisters.
